One of my favorite places to eat. Anytime I bring people here, they always enjoy the food. The Atlanta Pollen is my favorite

Went to Statesides for a quick bite for lunch after a long day. I didnt want to wait hours for a heavy dinner and opted for something fast and filling. The service was fast and food was delicious! I really hope they expand their footprint to more areas around Lagos!

After living in America for almost years and recently moving back to Nigeria, I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect when I heard about Statesides Lagos. I’ve eaten American food for so many years that I had my doubts about whether the taste here would actually be close to what I’m used to in the States.
But I was genuinely surprised. I ordered the Atlanta Pollen wings, and they really brought back that familiar American taste for me. The taste was much closer to what I remember having back in the States than I expected.
It’s cool knowing I can be in Lagos and still have access to these kinds of foods without feeling like I’m getting a completely different version of them.
My only wish is that the restaurant was a little bigger because I can see myself spending a lot more time there. Hopefully they expand someday. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to.

Had such a lovely experience at Statesides! The food is really good, tasty, and well-seasoned. Everything I tried was fresh, delicious, and honestly left me wanting more. I also love the variety on the menu, from their chicken combos to the burgers and cheesesteaks. You can tell they put real effort into the quality, portions, and taste of their meals. Definitely a place I’d recommend if you’re looking to try something different and delicious. 👌🏽

This is easily one of the best restaurants in Lagos! Guys, you need to check them out.
The customer service was excellent, the food was delicious and reasonably priced, and the ambiance was perfect for a date night, hangout, or special event.
I had a great experience and will definitely be coming back!

On 1 July 2026, I visited Stateside Store in akoka, Yaba and placed an order that included four crispy burgers, Houston chicken hot wings, and one other item. I specifically requested four crispy burgers, and the staff member taking my order actually guided me toward that choice herself, explaining the difference between the burger options.
I was told the order would take 15–20 minutes. It took approximately 35 minutes. When the food arrived, I immediately noticed it felt lighter than expected. Upon checking, I discovered only a portion of my burger order had been fulfilled. The same staff member then claimed she had not heard me request four burgers despite a colleague who had just walked in from the back confirming out loud that he had clearly heard me place that order for four burgers (there was confusion in his face too)
When I raised the issue, the staff member’s response was simply “Eyah, sorry about that.” I expressed that this was not an acceptable response, to which she clarified she had been speaking to her colleague, not me. That clarification did not make the situation better.
It is also worth noting that throughout my wait, staff appeared visibly distracted and engaged in what seemed like an unrelated and intense conversation among themselves, which likely contributed to the error; there wearing mask to cover their mouth though (smh)
This order was for someone’s birthday. The mistake cost me additional time and money driving elsewhere to correct it. For a pickup-only establishment with no dine-in option, a 35-minute wait followed by an incorrect order is simply unacceptable.
I would strongly recommend management review front-of-house staffing, particularly regarding order accuracy and customer communication standards.
